I'm a divorcee living alone with two grown up daughters and two granddaughters who live quite near. I have lived alone for the past 15 years. Having just retired from work after 31 years I now have lots of time for taking up different activities and meeting new people. I enjoy good conversation, dining in or out, sharing time with friends, going to the theatre, cinema and dances. I am a passionate gardener enjoying every aspect of gardening, from the planning stages to planting out, flower cultivation, vegetables and fruit growing, and then jam making.
Recently a friend gave me a greenhouse which is a wonderful addition to my garden and something I have never used before. I am also in the process of adding a pond as I'm facinated by the wild-life they generate - I have two very small make-shift ponds at present! I hope to speak to other exterienced gardeners, gain lots more knowledge and hopefully make many new friends with mutual likes.
I have recently retired from work so have lots of time for the essential planning needed in my garden (it needs a complete make-over) and helpful suggestions from others would be more than welcome.
I am looking for friendship, companionship and maybe a special lasting relationship.
