Go organic I grow as many of my own fruits and vegetables as I can organically, they taste 100% better than the mass produced stuff, are better for you and better for the environment because you're not pumping useless and often harmful chemicals back into the soil, etc.
I even have about 250 litres of my own formula organic liquid fertiliser brewing away all year round using mostly garden cuttings, kitchen scraps and peelings, etc.
