is any one gardening for the end of days. the polls shifting. the starting over again of man kind. the 2012 thingy....ect. is any one storeing seeds for the change if any. or anything about this topic off topic lol,

This is a very old thread but since it is now 2012......

I, personally, am not into the whole 2012 end of the world thing, but am trying to become a bit more self-sufficient. I live in a neighborhood that has very few restrictions and have seen a lot more gardens in the past year and several homes now have chickens and one even has added a bee hive. It's becoming urban homesteading around here - lol. Not sure why the others are doing it. Maybe some are into the 2012 thing?

`Now that it's 2015, I think we can put the 2012 thing into the same category as the Y2K thing. In a few years there'll be another one, and it will turn out the same way.
